广州小学六年级Unit 10 Waiting for Another Hare教学案

一、教学内容分析：

第十课主要内容分为借书用语和寓言故事两部分。第一课时主要内容是借书用语。本课时，主要内容是语言故事。

二、教学对象分析：

经过第一课时的学习，学生已经对本单元所包括的内容后有了初步的了解。知道本单元的主要内容是阅读故事。学生在前三个单元学习的基础上，初步学会了叙事的方法。学生将在此基础上进一步熟练叙事的方法，提高叙事能力。

三、教学目标：

1、语言知识：

1）学生能理解和运用故事中的难句“To pick up a hare is certainly easier than to work in the fields.”

2）学生能通过情景操练本课要求掌握的短语：

a.       worked in the field

b.      crashed into a tree

c.       fell to the ground

d.      picked up the hare

e.       took it back home

f.        had a delicious meal

g.       from then on

h.       not any more

i.         all day long

j.        waited for

2、语言技能：

学生能运用以上短语复述故事；

3、情感态度：

在学习过程中学会与同学相互协作，友好相处。

4、学习策略：

根据本课的教学目标和我校学生的特点，开展形式多样的教学活动。通过大量的口头操练为学习新知识垫下基础。采取小组教学以及TPR的教学方法，激发学生的学习兴趣，争取更好的课堂效果。

四、教学重、难点：

教学难点：“To pick up a hare is certainly easier than to work in the fields.”

教学重点：复述寓言故事。

五、教学手段：

用多媒体辅助教学，将英语学习和游戏相结合，引导学生积极主动地投入到学习活动中。

一、        Warming up

Let’s Chant:(自编小诗)

                Borrow me the book! Borrow me the book!

OK!OK!Lend you the book.

How long may I keep it? How long may I keep it?

Two weeks. Two weeks.

教师利用TPR方法，和学生们一起chant;一边chant，一边配合动作。

二、        Presentation

1．突破难点

课件呈现 :

“To speak Chinese is certainly easier than to speak English.”

“To say is certainly easier than to do.”

“To clean the floor is certainly easier than to cook a dinner.”

“To pick up a hare is certainly easier than to work in the fields.”

“To _______is certainly easier than to ________.”

“To________ is certainly easier than to________.”

l        这个环节里，学生操练教学难点 “To pick up a hare is certainly easier than to work in the fields.”,在突破难点的基础上为学习新知识做好准备。

2.教授新课

1）听课文三次，记下新单词和关键词

老师放录音三次，第一次播放flash让学生感知课文。第二次播放录音要求学生记下新单词。第三次播放录音要求学生记下关键词，并与图片配对。

l        这个环节里通过学生之间的交流，学生初步熟悉故事内容，提供了给学生练习说的机会。

2）再播放录音一次，学生翻开书听录音，根据课后P45第三题的问题，对学生进行提问。

l            学生通过思考问题和回答问题，对故事段落认识加深。

3）    拼图游戏

要求学生读课文两次，要求学生以小组为单位，完成一幅拼图，然后小组讨论，把有关这幅拼图的故事内容写出来。然后小组表演配讲故事。

l        学生合作完成任务，熟悉故事段落。

4）呈现一篇故意曲解故事内容的文章，让学生改错。

One day a farmer was working in the garden. Suddenly a hare ran very fast and crashed into a car. It fell to the river and died.

The man washed the hare and took it back home. He saved it and fed it a delicious meal.

“To pick up a hare is certainly easier than to work in the fields.” he said to his wife. from then on, the farmer didn’t work any more. All day long he sat in his garden and waited for a car to appear.

l        学生通过对文章的改错，对整篇文章有初步的感悟。

三、Development

1、呈现flash，本校老师配音，鼓励学生把故事内容讲出来。

1）小组接龙讲故事

2）个人配音讲故事

2、悟出这个故事的寓意。

l        学生在以上操练的基础上，完成复述故事的任务

四、  总结和家庭作业

1、完成《活动手册》第十课

2、写出故事的结尾。

3、结合生活实际谈谈本文的寓意。
